Scott A. Haire
As Chairman and CEO of VHGI Holdings Mr. Haire's business experience spans over twenty years in the commercial market space. Mr. Haire is an innovative entrepreneur in the fields of technology, healthcare, financial services, marketing and management. He has served various entities in the senior management capacity as Chairman, CEO, CFO and President. Mr. Haire is currently the Chairman and CEO of two public traded companies. He has previously owned multiple operating medical clinics and has extensive experience in both medical receivables financing and management of a business specializing in electronic claims and insurance system business processing. Mr. Haire holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, where he was recognized as Academic All-Southeastern Conference (SEC) in football.
Deborah Jenkins Hutchinson
A Director of the Company since August 28, 2006. Deborah currently serves as President of Wound Management Technologies, Inc. Ms. Hutchinson is a seasoned health care technology veteran. She is also a director and an Advisory Board Member of Private Access, Inc., an award winning developer of web-based applications that solve the significant privacy hurdles in the medical community involving patient empowered access to sensitive personal information. Deborah has held senior management positions and consulting contracts with clients in the US and abroad in the retail pharmacy, telemedicine, medical transcription and other health technology areas as well as in health care products groups. Ms. Hutchinson has served on many national and international trade association's boards including the Intel Internet Health Board of Advisors, the American National Standards Institute Health Informatics Standards Board - representing HIBCC and the American Society for Automation in Pharmacy (ASAP) where she also served as President and Secretary of the Board.
James M. Renfro
President of the Company since August 28, 2006. Mr. Renfro began his management experience with the United States Marines in Vietnam where he received several decorations, including three Purple Hearts for wounds in combat. He continued honing his management skills when he worked in Kentucky for the Democratic Party and the Jefferson County Government. The culmination of all his leadership training provided him with the opportunity to become a member of management for Rockwell International where he held several key leadership roles for over 20 years in the areas of production, accounting, quality control, sales and service. In addition to his wealth of executive leadership at Rockwell he was also Vice President of Field Operations for GraMag commercial seating.
Eric Leonetti, Vice President / Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Leonetti has over 25 years of front line business experience ranging from B2B marketing and sales to Operations and Executive Management. Mr. Leonetti holds a Six Sigma certificate along with ISO Auditors certifications having played a key role in the ISO certification of two companies.
Mr. Leonetti serviced as the President and CEO of an OTC Pink Sheet energy development company and most recently as the owner of a consultancy assisting in the development of natural resources projects in the areas of Oil, Natural Gas, Minerals (coal and uranium) and precious metal mining (Gold and Silver). He has also been involved in renewable resources business development in the areas of Algae Production for Biofuels and pharmaceuticals.
During his tenure in the oil and gas exploration and precious metal mining arena Mr. Leonetti has gained valuable experience in the areas capital and land / lease acquisition and project operations through practical experience while gaining an extensive contact and knowledge base in the areas of: Geology, Geochemistry, Satellite Imagery, Legal administration and Land and Project Field Management.
Michael Chaffee, Advisor
Mr. Michael Chaffee is the President and C.E.O. of a publicly traded mining company. He has over 30 years of mining experience and extensive work history in the Senior Management of public companies, as well as tremendous education, certifications, and connections to draw upon. Mr. Chaffee was previously the President, C.E.O. and Chairman of Applied Biomedical Sciences; a public company of which he was a founding director. Prior to forming ABS, he held senior positions as Executive Vice President and C.O.O. of U.S. Pump and Turbine Company Inc., Vice President, Western Regional International as well as being a Senior Vice President in two local Investment Banking firms.
His Education includes a BS in Electronic Engineering at the Northrop Institute of Technology, 1964 and Post graduate Work, Electronics, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering at the University of Southern California and the University of California at Los Angeles. Licenses and Certifications include I.E.E.E. Certification, U.S. Biomedical Engineering Certification, Principals License, New York Stock Exchange/NASD, Captain's License, U.S. Coast Guard and Top Secret Clearance in conjunction with work on development of high altitude and near space reconnaissance systems.
Dennis Atkins, Advisor
Mr. Atkins is the C.F.O. and a Director of a publicly traded mining company, and a Certified Public Accountant with over fifteen years experience in public accounting specializing in the audits of publicly traded companies. Mr. Atkins is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds licenses in Oklahoma and California . His firm is a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission's practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Atkins holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and a Masters Degree in Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.
